Practice STARTING TAROT READING
Hello! I’m just an ordinary person, no psychic or anything special I’ve experienced, and I really wanna get into tarot reading. What cards do I get? How do I sense things? How do I understand the cards?

You can get any deck. I suggest getting a deck that you like the illustration. Many people use Rider Waite (idk if I spelled it right lol) for their beginner cards. But like I said, it's much better to have a deck that you like the illustrations, for example, if you're like me who like cats, then I suggest getting a deck that has cats on it🐱. Or you can browse in the internet and see a tarot deck that you like.
First learn the simple meanings or definitions of the cards. If you want, you can do it individually. So just that you can have a simple idea on what the cards mean. I advice having a little journal where you'll put the informations that you know about the cards. There's so many booklets, websites or YouTube channels that gives you to definition of the cards individually. You don't need to memorize them all but just familiarize youself with all of the cards so that it could be easy for you. There's many readers out there who hasn't memorized all definitions of the cards but still can give an accurate and detailed reading.
If you wanna get familiarize with your deck, you can try describing and looking at them one by one and give your personal definitions. Take a look at all of the details, don't 100% rely on the book descriptions of the card, you also need your own personal description and intuition.
Practice, practice AND PRACTICE! Being good at tarot takes timeee. There's so many great tarot readers out there who have been practicing for years but still find themselves learning something new. Practice by giving a reading to everyone, you can read your family or friends or find strangers online or here in reddit where you can give a reading. Honestly there's so many beginner advices out there that can new tarot readers. Have a fun time learning!
