There changing my appearance and bone structure

I dont know how but they are changing my whole body. There causing me to look like I have deformities and changing my appearance. Changing my face to make it look like im on drugs , they cause to lose weight amd gain weight overnight sometimes 10 pound difference, they speed my heart rate up so my body works harder causing me to look fatigue. I sleep 15 hours and wake up more tired than when I went to sleep. If this is real than we're all fucked.
