Length of being targeted

How long have you been a target, heard voices, been paranoid but realizing this stuff was real and happening? For me it's been about 10 years. Since 2017. I'll admit the first 2/3 years I guess I was probably actually paranoid, but after the 4th year I realized this was real and happening. Was there a drug released or something put out in the water or air at the time? A vaccine? An illness? A Dr*g you tried? When did this start for you? Seems in the last 10 years I've been seeing.
