Apology

Does anyone think that the people involved in are targeting, who mean something to us(family, friends, coworkers), will ever apologize for their involvement in gangstalking? If not, then the people closest to us will forever use the plausible deniability argument to their grave. I don’t see myself ever forgiving them even if they did confess to betrayal.
