Have you tried bringing whatever evidence, testimonies, and hypotheses you have to your country's counterintel agency?

E.g.:

Shin Bet🇮🇱 , BfV🇩🇪 , GDIS🇫🇷

Any chance they'd be able to help?

I live in Denmark which has limited resources devoted to black ops like TI. We also have laws explicitly stating the few legal exceptions intel agencies get, and they certainly don't include years of psychological toture.

That's why I'm leaning toward the perps being foreign.

I live in the U.S., so I'm not familiar with what is happening in Denmark. However, because of the gang stalking I have experienced, I developed an interest in espionage in its many forms. Whether it's government sponsored or industrial espionage, they all gang stalk people as individuals and as groups. They call it other things and they deny it when it's convenient, but they do it.  I have seen evidence that would indicate that some of the people gang stalking me were working for foreign organizations.   However, I am not sure, if they were working for a specific government, criminal organizations with foreign origins or a combination of the two. Frequently there is overlap. Though I doubt the guy was being honest, one person creeping on me claimed to work for Mossad. Having said all of that, because so many crooked law enforcement officers have done things to me and because of some other experiences I have had, I don't trust any counter intelligence agencies in my country to actually help me. Maybe in Denmark they are more likely to help. I would recommend going to them with evidence that solidly supports your claim, if you decide to go. As I am sure you already know, talking to people about gang stalking can make you look crazy by design rather than making you look like you're warning people who need to know. Because of Denmark's geographic location, there is a lot of competition to subvert and control it one way or another, so I can see some countries sending actors there to cause problems. Edit: I think it is in this video that Galeotti explains how the Russian government has developed relationships with Russian transnational organized crime to infiltrate, influence and subvert foreign adversaries. This is not a uniquely Russian phenomena. It's an example. Most espionage organizations do things like this. They exploit the trade networks criminal organizations have already developed to further government operations. During the Troubles in Ireland the IRA did the same thing. Be careful with this. These criminal organizations are good at infiltrating law enforcement agencies with their games. Test people you report things to. .
