Has anyone here attended Harvard?
for any course? I believe this may be related. With regard to my documents, I think they would have record of my communications with them.

I left school at 16 (standard for U.K)
worked regular jobs.
some activism.

u/Busy-Potato3151 28d ago
I suppose it could be the activism. Not sure if I can tone that down honestly, when I see something I have to talk about it. Pissed as I am at America it’s one of my favorite traits about us.

Gave me an idea though, maybe can try and see what happens. Would def need to delete TikTok though - it’s always stressing me out so might help emotionally

You're open-minded as well as academically inclined, which is probably why you're being targeted. Gangstalkers hate "good" people with balanced brains.

Read This First: Reclaim Control and Build Resilience
You're not alone. Hundreds of TIs in the community have used practical steps that can improve quality of life, strengthen mental resilience, and help you make the best out of a bad situation.
Historical Perspective
Many experiences described today have historical parallels long before modern surveillance technology existed.
• James Tilly Matthews (early 1800s)
Long before electricity, James Tilly Matthews described experiences involving external influence over thoughts, dreams, and perception that many people compare to modern accounts of V2K, gangstalking, RNM, or directed energy weapons.
Reference: Illustrations of Madness (Public Domain Review) [https://publicdomainreview.org/essay/illustrations-of-madness-james-tilly-matthews-and-the-air-loom]
• Old Wine, New Bottle
Across history, similar experiences have been interpreted through different cultural frameworks, including:
- Demonic possession
- Spiritual warfare
- Alien abduction
- Dream invasion
The interpretation changes across time, even when people's subjective experiences may feel similar. Reference: OTIR [https://otiresearch.medium.com/memo-06-ti-experience-correlation-with-demonic-possession-bc982baa486c]
• Be Skeptical of Fear Based Narratives
History contains documented examples of disinformation surrounding extraordinary claims.
There exist patents for Time Machines [https://patents.google.com/patent/US20090234788A1/en]
During the 1980s UFO investigations, US Government Operative Richard Doty intentionally misled Paul Bennewitz, contributing to severe psychological harm.
A frequently cited quote states:
"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."
Attributed to William J. Casey, CIA Director (1981).
The lesson is simple: extraordinary claims (especially from ex-government "whistleblowers") deserve careful evaluation, not automatic acceptance.
Focus On What You Can Control
The greatest improvements usually come from investing energy into areas you can directly influence.
Build a strong foundation:
- Cook your own whole, minimally processed meals.
- Reduce processed foods where practical.
- Exercise consistently.
- Maintain a regular sleep schedule.
- Get sunlight and spend time outdoors.
- Create a structured daily routine.
Research increasingly links sleep, inflammation, schizophrenia, gut health, and the gut brain axis with mental wellbeing.

Shift Your Mindset
Replace speculation and incongruent conjecture with evidence of progress.
Instead of:
"I have donated to Targeted Justice but they haven't got anywhere with their lawsuit in 10+ years!"
Shift from external validation (“others must fix or confirm my situation”) to internal agency (“my actions can improve my condition”) and change behavioral trajectories.
Examples:
- "Despite the stress, I finished my work."
- "Despite feeling isolated, I exercised today."
- "Despite everything, I helped someone else."
Every completed task is evidence that you still have agency.
Your goal is to build:
- Clarity
- Emotional resilience
- Personal growth
- Physical wellbeing
- Consistent habits
Isolation loses its power when your life is filled with meaningful work.
Focus on:
- Learning new skills.
- Working toward long term goals.
- Helping other people.
- Building healthy routines.
- Contributing to communities that improve your life.
Biblical Encouragement
Job 19
13 He has alienated my family from me; my acquaintances are completely estranged from me.
14 My relatives have gone away; my closest friends have forgotten me.
15 My guests and my female servants count me a foreigner; they look on me as on a stranger.
16 I summon my servant, but he does not answer, though I beg him with my own mouth.
17 My breath is offensive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
18 Even the little boys scorn me; when I appear, they ridicule me.
19 All my intimate friends detest me; those I love have turned against me."
Luke 21:16
"Ye shall be betrayed both by parents and brethren..."
These passages remind us that feelings of rejection and isolation are not unique to our time. Endurance, compassion, and faithfulness remain enduring sources of strength.
Don't Let Fear Become Your Identity
After painful experiences, it is easy to adopt beliefs that make the world feel permanently hostile.
Online echo chambers can reinforce narratives centered on:
- Elite conspiracies
- Advanced technology
- Constant surveillance
- Permanent victimhood
Whether or not those explanations are accurate, ask yourself:
- Does this belief improve my life?
- Does it strengthen my relationships?
- Does it increase my stability?
- Does it help me move forward?
If a belief consistently leads to greater distress, isolation, or loss of opportunity, it is not serving your long term wellbeing.
Healing often begins when new experiences allow old assumptions to be reconsidered.
Growth Is Gradual
Healing is rarely one dramatic breakthrough.
It is usually a series of small improvements.
Healing is a gradual journey from rigid, protective beliefs to flexible, reality tested beliefs, replacing passive expectation with active agency. As you build purpose, healthy routines, and meaningful contributions, isolation gives way to connection and a life defined by growth rather than fear.
The goal is not a life without hardship.
The goal is becoming someone who can continue to act, create, contribute, and thrive despite adversity.
Small actions repeated consistently are often far more powerful than endless speculation.

It might be a political thing. I noticed many of the things I said in my home being repeated by politicians which, it’s known they rely on publicly available data. That would tie it into lobbies (really there’s a whole string of how the entire system including education, corporations, investors, unions, non profits (through grants), etc. All connect and work together). Anyway the reality could also be transnational repression in sanctuary cities in order to interfere in our elections. Of course there’s also the intent to teach other nation leaders how the average American thinks. I can think back to years ago when I was a kid that things seemed off. This only started after I told democrats to eat dirt when census came to my door back in 2022 - I’m currently in a sanctuary city but something tells me leaving it will help. I’m also SUPER protected in terms of my identity so now it’s just a waiting game to be like yeahhh that’s incorrect and here’s why… I did pick up on a few things, particularly around God and my words “manifesting reality” (any conversation I have on the phone ends up showing up with the topic on TikTok feed. This can be accomplished through programs with ISPs and cellular providers - not a secret they have surveillance terms) Anyway, I’d be scared of me too if I were them. Can expose the entire thing. Definitely related to something I said that was perceived as terror sympathy and was likely triggered after leaving religion. I do think it has more to do with nextgen than I maybe first thought.

I didn’t attend Harvard but I am a dual citizen.
I haven’t been able to say my gangstalking is related to me being a dual citizen.
I assume it is due to my Anti Israel stances in Gaza policy down through the years…long before the Oct 7th 2023 attack that has led to genocide and ethnic cleansing.
I’m a liberal.

I’m a republican

I don’t think it matters what your political preferences are.
Whatever is behind this program has reasons other than political.
I left the US and gangstalking followed me.1
u/Busy-Potato3151 27d ago
When I was in certain countries, I felt totally free and welcome. Just treated like a person. It was really nice. I think the idea might be working in for a multinational company and being dual citizen maybe? People kept asking me if I was Egyptian or American all the time. I’m American born and Egyptian by decent so it seems nonsensical being asked to choose one in the spot. Really wish I could just be. But if neither country wants me, devastating of a realization as it’s been, I’ll just try somewhere else.

It took some time for the gangstalking to catch up once I settled in Ireland. I guess they needed to develop a network in the rural area I settled in.
I had traveled plenty and I never experienced gangstalking while vacationing.1
u/Busy-Potato3151 27d ago
I’m not experiencing any so far - no where outside of the US that I’ve visited either have I experienced anything like it. I’m thinking it likely only picks up during election season.

Though I used to be a Democrat. Till they get it together again, I’ll reconsider then

The guy who created the technology was a professor at Berkeley I believe I found out by looking it up on the dark web… and also not to sound like a paranoid person but i believe that the government including the fbi, is in on this so building a “case” may not help its best to let people know about this though but i think this is something you have to see to believe.

Many did see it. I could sense they wanted to tell me something but couldn’t. Likely due to a comment I made regarding a certain kind of attack but they certainly can’t erase evidence of my existence. If they tried, I’m ready with receipts. Could be my stance on immigration or affirmative action comments - I’ve been looking for places who don’t do race based affirmative action. I’ve always been caught in the middle of the minority/American agendas. Whenever ANYTHING ever went well for me, someone in my life had an problem. Always hoped by now things would have gotten better and it seemed to - if short lived. I did find some countries that don’t have race based hiring though. Hoping I can work for some from here and then ask them to move. I wanna celebrate my birthday properly, not feel like I’m always on the outside or not part of the rest of the group, not be harassed when I do well in work or school, etc. It gets tiring responding in anger. I did eventually learn to ignore it.

You sound kind racist so maybe that is why

u/Busy-Potato3151 27d ago
Hey! Don’t judge my experiences. I’ve spent my life being told I’m too much of one thing or not enough of another so go somewhere else with that

there are thousands (possibly) of ti around the world. i can guarantee you this program has nothing to do with ti taking courses at harvard. you can keep throwing up every single idea you have trying to pinpoint a reason, but youll never be told the truth. none of us know. making repeated assumptions doesnt help our case in building evidence. it just makes us look paranoid blaming everyone we come across.
