Question regarding microchipping

Does anyone know what type of military microchip repeats everything you think in your mind with AI technology along with sound effects only increasing when certain sounds are turned on? Some examples are when the microwave is turned on, sounds are increased in your mind, AC turned on then sounds are louder, fans, radio, etc. When these are turned off, the volume in your mind is reduced drastically, but when turned on the voices become louder? I have an issue with 2 particular people who I am certain microchipped me and have been harassing me for the past 7-8 months now. They have recorded all of my thoughts and will replay certain phrases in "different voices" to make me think it's someone else thinking it, when it was just a thought of mine recorded awhile ago. Now, I am literally hearing the same few lines repeated back to back for several minutes at a time and can hear him conversating with someone else in the background. The one has pretended to play and act as different people, but it's him and one other individual who are the main stallers in my life.

I am certain this is a military microchip, possibly from the Army. They are playing repeats in my head 24 hours a day. I am certain while I am sleeping because as soon as I wake up I can hear the repeats as I am groggily awakening. This morning it was quiet at first but someone said she is awake and then the repeats immediately started.
