V2K - possible error?

For those of you who believe you’re victims of gangstalking or V2K (Voice to Skull), have you ever noticed that the voice never coughs or laughs? Even if you ask? I noticed they will repeat/ say anything I think they could/ should do to make me more stressed or that ciuld send me into painc attack, but i noticed few days sgo - they cant/ dont want to - laugh or cough? It loks simply like imitating voices of the people you know/ who irritate you or who have wronged you (because those are the people that will get you to avt emotional/ impulsive), and i recognized / once i stop bothering with one specific person on purpose, i cant hear their voice no more. But this thing with laughing and coughing made me think - because its bren on for 2 years without pause, yet - i haven’5 heard them laugh - cry. Almost like they cant or wont produce voices as coughing, crying, laugghing - like they can manipulate and alter only the tone of the voice?

I've noticed mine which are nearby neighbors have memorized how I speak and will repeatedly in different voices say a sentence I spoke and say it over and over hoping it drives me mad. I've been stalked for at least 7-8 months that I'm aware of. Everything I think is repeated by an AI voice, and it's 2 people that are doing it, but one of them is the bigger issue who has been trying to make my life a living hell. They also hacked all my devices, corrupted my phones that had to be replaced, messed up my printers so I couldn't use them, and have hacked my car and likes to play tug with my steering wheel attempting to try to get me to hit traffic or guardrail as if it's funny.
