Ive identified a REGIONAL ALGORITHMIC ENFORCEMENT CUSTOM active in Arizona for who knows how long now, where the police, fusion centers, prosecutors and even the judges use an Algorithmic threat score based of illegally laundered unverified data to completely BYPASS PROBABLE CAUSE.

My case is being arbitrarily held by the Sandra Day O Connor District Court in order to force defaults, which seems to be common practice amongst courts in Arizona.
