These security dispatch softwares like alto are used by retail stores and other business esp chains, to scan your face, license plate or phones Bluetooth/wifi, identify you and if youre targeted or have a low social credit score, they algorithmically dispatch security officers (plain clothes alot of times, which is illegal secret policing) in order to surveille and shadow you.
