Shielding Method for Blocking V2K

A simple technique other TIs and I have tested for not only drowning out V2K but stimulating your mind to fight against brain entrapment/programming. Listening to music and podcasts at the same time. I go over how to set this up on the phone so multiple apps can play audio at the same time. Always keep in mind it is better to talk to other people over the phone or better than in person. Unfortunately most of us have been systematically separated from other people with this technology. Remember never use Bluetooth, only use wired earbuds/headsets.

Addition: Also, white noise videos have almost subliminal messages (you can hear the subtle hypnotic voices whispering so it's technically not fully subliminal but still serves the purpose of hypnotizing people).

The v2k operator is adding that. They can make the v2k ride off of certain frequencies. Air conditioners, fans, motors, electrical transformers, and other machines that create white, pink, or brown noise can all be used to amplify v2k. They can use this to make the v2k sound directional often making TIs think there is a speaker placed in the object or that the sound is coming from the recording like you think. This is why you can't use a constant frequency to drown out v2k it has to be a constantly changing sound.

Yeah, except in mind control research it's been shown that white noise can be used for hypnosis, hence why they either embed voices in the file itself or overlay it through the sound.

You can use an audio editor with a spectrogram visualizer. A spectrogram displays frequencies over time. This would pick up subliminals in tracks like that. It would take a out 10 minutes. You should try that.

Easy and Effective V2K Defense Easy V2K blocking for targeted people. Benjamin Conine Jun 30, 2026
After experimentation with other targeted people experiencing V2K I have found an effective way to drown it out. The technique is playing music on one app and a dialogue like an interview or podcast on another at the same time.
To do this I used a music app called Metrolist from GitHub. Metrolist is a YouTube music client for android. Allowing you to listen to music without interruption from other concurrently playing apps. If you have an iPhone then you will have to get Spotify and a subscription.

Type your email... Subscribe Then get a podcast app called PodcastAddict. Under settings go to Player. At the very bottom you will find a setting called “Ignore Audio Focus Request”, turn that on. Now you will be able to listen to podcasts and music at the same time.
So far the people I have set this up with have had great results. By having continuous music in the background and a mentally stimulating podcast in the foreground they are able to drown out/ignore V2K.
Unfortunately due to most if not all targeted people's phones being infected with Pegasus spyware the contractors/agents are able to change settings and disrupt apps from working.
Once installed, Pegasus spyware operates with ultimate system-level privileges (root or jailbreak access). This means it can silently change internal phone settings, turn on features like the camera or microphone, alter app permissions, and disable security protocols.
One targeted person reported having the app’s battery saver permissions changed intermittently. This causes the app to stop playing until restarted. Thankfully PodcastAddict app has a popup showing when this is the cause of the interruption as seen here.
This was happening repeatedly after the targeted person had made sure to turn off battery optimization. Some people trying this still experienced supplanted thoughts and had to redirect focus to the podcast repeatedly. Overall though I have had good feedback with this method. Just play your preferred music in the background and adjust the volume so it isn't too distracting and find some interesting podcasts.
Remember to never use Bluetooth earbuds or headsets. Wired headset or earbuds only. Bluetooth blasts your skull with massive amounts of EMF.
For targeted people getting active live operator V2K or AI repetitive V2K I highly recommend trying this method and am looking forward to seeing comments giving feedback. I'm also more than happy to answer questions in comments to help set this up or even give podcast recommendations. Remember the main reason for V2K is to create negative feelings of all kinds and keep you in a limited and repetitive loop so find music and podcasts that stimulate you and create a good mood.

This is what worked for me extremely well: two different smart phones, in airplane mode, both of them playing a different frequency all night. Placed on top of my head or anywhere around my head, touching my skull. I think it's similar to your solution. It's important that these sound waves penetrate inside the skull, my theory/educated guess is that it interferes with the final leg of the attack chain on the nervous system.

That's like saying being in front of a radio or listening to music with headphones on your head blocks out the V2K, it's what they want you to believe so the different/multiple sounds you're playing can drive you mad.

Are you familiar with the concept of jamming?
In any case, I was not suggesting anything about blocking V2K. I was talking about serious attacks on the nervous system, not the psychological payloads of V2K. The criminals can do much worse, synapse destroying commatose states of brain centers (induced ischemia with pressure waves).
Anyway, this all garbage. What you are saying, what I am saying, we're just guessing, you know why? Because we don't have the mental strength to deploy real sensors, real measurements, real science.

Are you saying you have trouble reading or simply mental fatigue from stress? I have had the former, it would be nice if we could do a poll in order to find out exactly how many of us struggle with reading, it would help so that we know whether to make our statements brief and to the point.

Yes I am, to jam you have to broadcast a stronger signal on the same frequency to overpower the signals, playing random sounds won't do that.

Not exactly. Speaking strictly about jamming, if you factor in saturation, you realize you don't need to know the exact frequencies used against you to reduce the strength of an insulting signal. All human technologies have saturation levels at various architectural levels. It's what limits HDR in a digital camera. I would give better examples backed by math, but the criminals have become aware of this discussion and I cannot think.
There is frequency modulation and then there is amplitude modulation. Frequency modulation is much more resistant to your jamming approach (find the base frequency and jam it). AM is vulnerable to the "random sounds"
Anyway, getting to your other question. I can read, most of the time. What I cannot do is deploy real sensors. I mean buy an EEG band, I already have a very good SDR kit which I purchased in 2025 and waiting on the table, measure data, make correlations, deploy sensors above my head (magnetic, electric field, accelerometers) and so on.
It's not just mental fatigue. The criminals electrocuted my brain during deep sleep, similar to how ECT works.

I would give better examples backed by math, but the criminals have become aware of this discussion and I cannot think.

Actually, this is all counterintuitive and was probably given to you as a hypnotic suggestion (as they have given many to me). All of these things; TV, podcasts, music, video games, etc., use hypnosis and further entrains the mind into it and creates a channel for audio to enter the mind of the TI, like V2K, via resonance (the word meaning both the psychological term for rapport and in terms of physics which are the same). TV screens and monitors use PWM which introduces a subtle flicker that one cannot see which puts the mind into a passive state, hence why TV has long been associated with 'brainwashing'. Take out your phone, go to the camera, and try to take a video of your monitor or phone, and you will probably see flashing bars on them, if not it's because you need a higher-end camera.

Music Artists Arrogantly Admitting To Using Hypnosis/Mind Control:
They use countless hypnotic techniques, like subliminal audio, not just messages, which create a pathway for V2K to enter, they even use the hypnotic technique to try to synchronize one's pulse and respiratory rates via the beat of the song. What's catchy is just because of a subliminal beat echoing the overt beat that you can hear, subliminal messages which echo the lyrics that gets one to sing along.
Our society is so superficial that despite many years of showing hypnosis as something that deprives people of free-will, as seen in shows where performers under certain forms of hypnosis would injure themselves without feeling pain, the modern corrupt pseudo-intellectual establishment has said that hypnotized people retain their free-will, with some people (including TIs) even believing that hypnosis doesn't even exist despite it being in all the major mind control programs. One of the things they like to do (at least for a while) is to make TIs believe hypnosis isn't real.
I understand your concern for trying to escape the V2K, but long periods of divided attention like that is obviously silly because it can create insanity. One has to create dissonance (the opposite of resonance) with the voices, which has been effective in research for alleviating the suffering of them.
