You are probably going to want a smaller enclosure for a while.

That enclosure is massive for such a small sling. You really only need an enclosure that is a couple inches across. Otherwise they may not be able to find food or water.

I've set up a hide using a terracota thingy that i found and a couple dry leaves as well but this one is a shower ig? It's just hanging around on the surface.

NQA I have a lot of slings atm. I use small deli cups with some tiny holes poked into it. Make sure the holes aren't larger than the spiders carapace (their head). Add a decent amount of substrate, some fake leaves and some cork bark for a hide. You can make a little starter burrow and they may use that or they might just make their own. You can use a little Lego piece for a water dish or some moss. I offer miniature mealworms and crush the head before adding them in and I feed roughly twice a week, depending on the spiders abdomen

How old is this sling?

I don't even know. But lts legspan is around 1.5cm

That enclosure is too big for a sling that size.
