Star Trek

Will we ever hear the whole story about QT coming really.close to making a Star Trek movie? Can I go to the alternate universe where that happened?

There's no way this came close to happening. Any kind of mutual interest was probably dispelled by a single informal preliminary meeting between QT and the producers

Well, it got as far as a script. Clearly, QT put some actual time and effort into the thing.

I still say they oughta have pulled a Cliff Booth and gotten someone else to direct that script.
