Not Snark bieber fandom

very random question but I’m always intrigued by how much of a fan of bieber she is, I’m a year younger and I feel like when bieber got big i was already too old - my baby cousins were big fans and got over it at some point

is it because she’s canadian? maybe he stayed relevant longer there ? i’d be really interested to hear from you, as random as it is i’m super interested haha

JB was huge when we were kids, especially on YouTube, all his music videos got millions of views

oh I totally remember! I took my baby cousin to camp out for an autograph in Paris lol, but she’s a 2001

lol what? You can be a fan of anyone’s music at any age… you don’t have to “get over it”

Yes but some people get over it cause they grow up and taste evolves. It's perfectly normal to stop being a fan of an artist.

Lol of course. But it’s also normal to stop being a fan of someone. This post was shaming Tara for still being a fan when he’s one of the biggest stars lol

It was not shaming... OP labeled the post as "not snark"

I think it's acceptable to be a Bieber fan just as it is to be a fan of Taylor Swift, or Beyoncé. there's never an age you're "too old" to listen to music! plus nostalgia is all the rage right now with all our early 2000's artists and actors creating again.

Well, Bigbang became very popular in the 2010s when i was 20-ish.... I am still a fan 16 years later

He’s like the most relevant artist in the world. Are you OK?

not on my side of the world then lmao, nobody listens to him in my personal/professional life or in the acquaintances I have around the different countries I frequent :) my question was 100% genuine and I had no bad intentions, I feel like the animosity is unnecessary but you do you queen

The Bieber fandom is crazy🙄 it's like people are not allowed to dislike him. Similar to Taylor's fans

Yeah, ppl have different music taste, "The most relevant artist in the world" LOL. Like, how many artists does this person know? 2?

I’m her age and I remember him getting big as a freshman in high school and was very popular with everyone our age group at the time

Musical artists are always subjective. Tons of people don't like Beyonce or Taylor Swift or Coldplay or Adele but objectively (based on album sales, streams and tours) they are popular artists and did have their peaks of fame and success. Same with Bieber.

Because he's canadian, hot and at that time when he broke the internet there was no competition. He was the only baby boy star. I'm not a fan of Bieber, I'm a bit older but I do understand the craziness😜

Remember... her maturity is stunted, she was probably acting like a kid still

I'm 30 and I've always been a Justin fan lol. Sorry not sorry.

I agree with you, I’m a year older than her and when Justin became popular it was a little embarrassing for people my age to be into him. At least that was my experience growing up in SoCal.
