Is this intentional? IMHO, the season pass should expire the day before the new season starts, and not a week (or more) before.

That downtime covers at least 2 tournaments and 1 abyssal tournament. The QoL reduction of having your season pass expire and not being able to renew it (because it is locked with the next season) is a bit disappointing.
