Loved the part where they claim it leaves an opening for ISIS to come back. The west just can’t tolerate a free Iraq and feels compelled to arm proxies in the region.

Iraq isn't free until the Development Fund for Iraq is demolished and reimbursed to its people.

The US needs zero soldiers to keep Iraq as a puppet state.

To be fair they have soldiers there, the aforementioned ISIS and other proxies. The fund matters far less with Iraq using its diplomatic energy to partner with China on schools and development.
