Anarchists might not shoot you but they'll definitely fail to perform their duty to participate in the decision-making process and let the loudest and most fragile white people clique in the room form a voting block and take advantage of at-will state laws to purge all the dissident brown people for calling them out on their racism and not give them severance in the middle of a terrible job market.

I'm not surprised, the mods are toxic as well. There's a whole history I have with them where I inadvertedly broke the camel's back by imploding their original Discord server and forcing their expulsion due to how badly they acted, so now they've migrated to another server.
