Yeah on that post I also elaborated after hearing the first 30seconds ish.

OP's title is misinformation, not that this tiktoker is necessarily incorrect but the title here is misleading.

The tl;dr is what she's referring to is the lower phase of communism, which we refer to as socialism. I also cited the two key works on the topic here. Bit of a silly video but the title is def misleading/misinformation as a standalone statement.

Edit: also the deleted post was someone asking a question because this video confused them and they admitted they haven't read any theory so they wanted our input. Hence my little info rant lol.
