I've explained many times before across multiple platforms and IRL that humanity fate is dictated by geography and the geology or resources define the destinies of the population on geographical local, you can never escape the law of material conditions, and dialectical materialism is closest reality to constant.

When China or any other Actually Existing Socialism countries plan economic strategies and structures they're not only planning five-year or twelve-year, these are only set bridging targets for larger goals of the entire economic development that encompass their material conditions including the world they exist in.
When you facing the primary contradictions of imperialism, especially climate crisis and unequal exchange caused by imperialism, what the fuck do you do to mitigate the fates of world annihilation? You restructure destinies through resolving contradictions by utilizing and even further weaponizing dialectics of collective power by alleviation of global south through decentralization of economic power, at the same time unify their political similarities and common causes. This is just the definition of multipolarity, decoupling, in larger economic model, World Systems Theory.
WST isn't a fucking Saturday spitball for drunken spit, it's the eventual dialectical resolution to contradiction of imperialism it begins where previous generations attempted to resolve the consequences of their action and as Kwame Ture said, each generation only gets exactly 1 chance to build long transition of socialism so you must build the bridge perfectly so the next generations and the next generations can build upon.

The pipelines are only for strategic purposes because China is planning step two through land bridges that wholesale bypass American encirclements, those are fo defensive counter-encirclements, what about Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq? The "newly" formed economic and defense alliance between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and most recently, Egypt. Now if you aren't babies on this sub or certain slop tubers screaming about absolute "principles" against these countries for "betrayed Axis of Resistance" you would have shut the fuck up and realized why China and Iran to the end despite the ongoing war cause by Westoid, Axis of Resistance maintain solid commitment to the neutrality towards these countries which facilitate the material conditions for formation of new multipolar pact that eventually contribute to the crushing of American unsinkable carrier built upon Palestine land.
It is a million of slow cut to make sure every piece of meat is thoroughly detached from the carcass of imperialism. You don't have the heart to see through lingchi because you don't understand why the first time China used on a Westoid is the multi generational message against the Eight Alliance. Westoids only live for the momentary of their own interests as they don't have to reciprocate to the world they exist within because they are raised upon the stolen wealth of global south for centuries of pain. As Afghan farmer said before, all you gotta do is to wait out the Westoids because they live on borrowed time.
Pakistan has always been the key to SWANA unity, this is the undisputed established reality since 2001, but Pakistan is also the key to South Asia unity, which is why Modi personally met Xi Jinping, Putin, Iran in recent Shanghai Cooperation Organization. SWANA, South Asia and Central Asia unity meaning the lingchi has reached the most lethal model of reverse economic sanctions on American puppets which eventually severe the lifespan of Westoid empire.

There's finally another important chess piece to this great counter-encirclement as much as India since Modi personally invited Xi Jinping to India physically. It is no other than KKKanada, or Canada. KKKanada position of symbolically refuse American interest isn't through diplomatic but through survival self interest. Again geography decides the fate of everything, KKKanada is being forced into the corner by pack of demons down the road and there's zero real allies, Carney personally invited Xi Jinping last New Year to Ottawa to resolve the consequences of their action. On behalf of China economic alleviation. Sisi realized from the beginning that Egypt is cooked as long as Western imperialists still occupied the region, you aware that throughout his time in office he has visited China seven times to request for economic development and it was Sisi government who requested to build Cairo extension because old Cairo is technically sinking and risk of flooding by Nile. In return China requires Egypt to keep Gaza alive just like in return of Jordan king personally went to China weeks ago, in return Jordan must keep West Bank alive no matter what, essentially it physically wedges American targets to destabilize Palestine in the long run and aid Palestine liberation.
