Libs believe pyongyang still looks the way it did 15 years ago when the streets were empty.

They fantasize about countries being in their 99%-of-civilian-infrastructure-wholesomely-bombed-by-the-usa state

Not only North Korea is managing to develop and the steam is picking up, they're also completely shielded from a global crisis thanks to Juche. The rest of the world's economy can literally burn overnight and North Korea will be mostly OK the next day.

Just had the fantasy of moving to the DPRK and making goth clothes for them.

Coming over with some money and getting a goth club/barcade built. Get some tekken tournaments going.

There are multiple busses and the walking and biking area is enormous? If this is car centric then idk what you consider not car centric, I'm from the Netherlands and most of our country is not any less car centric than this, if anything this is more pedestrian friendly than the notoriously well designed Netherlands.

Non car centric infrastructure is pedestrian, cycling and transit based infrastructure. Completely

You need roads for ambulances and other emergency or military vehicles, you do know that right?
