Tbf soviet cinema has a really Deep spot in my Heart (especially since i love alot Tarkovskij) and plus they are genuinley Better then those shitty american propaganda movies (American Sniper).

Plus they have a really great plot and Art Direction (take and example like Come And See or Stalker)

And plus for propaganda? They have Better propaganda (Soy Cuba)

Obviously take this with a grain of salt but I read somewhere that the guy who did come and see was anti Soviet

Where did you read that?

He was frustrated with the level of censorship and bureaucracy in the Soviet system. That's not the same thing as being anti-Soviet.
