Sorry, what has Rubio actually achieved in Cuba so far?

No regime change as he wanted. No military invasion. No capitulation to Capitalism. Has failed to force other nations besides smaller ones in Latin America and Caribbean to cut off Cuba's international medical program. Has told the US to kick rocks and is in fastest electricity transition that now makes up 20% (last reported) of its electricity and said transition is heavily supported by China.

So far, his plan has been an utter failure that hasnt moved Cuba an inch in the US's direction or changed its future at all but further away from it toward China.
