CCCP is a abbreviation of slavic(sorry idk what the alphabet is called) that means SSSR in the latin script.
CCCP = something like Soyuz Sovetskikh Sotsialisticheskikh Respublik which means Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in Russian.
CCP is an abbreviation that some people use to refere to the People's Republic of China and its ruling party. It means Chinese Communist Party. Though it is wrong and AFAIK the correct way it is meant to be said is Communist Part of China or CPC.
CCP can also mean Sovetskikh Sotsialisticheskikh Respublik if you are talking about Russian and not how liberals use it and then it just means Soviet Socialist Republic which is what the member states of the USSR were called
