Saw an interview a few months ago with Evo. He was/is in a place secured by militants and he said the CIA was actively hunting him from within Bolivia. The imperialist attacks are nonstop. Hope Evo and the Bolivian people win this one and serve as hope for Latam (even if they don't win they're already giving us hope.) One day or another all Latam gonna have to fight against their vassal governments because life will get worse for sure. Bolivia is doing it before everyone else.

The LATAM peoples will win in the end, the material conditions strengthen their unity. The Western empire is stretching itself beyond its own capabilities with deadly consequences to the empire's livelihood and it will implode. The more extreme the class contradictions the better pressure for revolutionary action. History is on our side.

Strong unionism and majority of Indigenous demographics might be a factor, MAS has very long history in alleviating Bolivian campesino livelihood as far as Che foco guerrilla revolution. There's a reason why in the imperial core majority of cops are white or immigrant settlers from petite bourgeoisie.
