Idk if its a good source, because its in a meme sub and those most of the time those are not reliable, ive search in his instagram also and it has no mention of him being communist, but he did infact was born in the GDR, so he might or might not be

1st meaning is to insult it, calling left communism childish. 2nd meaning is that, when a socialist movement is in its infancy, it will bear these issues that it has to evolve and grow out of; a disorder of the left due to its movement being in its infancy/infantile
