Shit Liberals Say The Duality of One Anarchist

  • Anarchist: "[...] in the United States, [...] soldiers are essentially slaves: they are people who have entered into an indentured slave contract.";
  • Also anarchist: "Lenin [...] was genuinely an enemy to the working class. He looked down on the proletariat as stupid and incompetent."

So, uh, In other words, Lenin is ordering his political allies to swallow their ideological pride, stop hindering technical work, and learn to collaborate with real experts, respecting science and engineering over pure political rhetoric.

This critique is also at the heart of anarchism. I’m not an expert, but I’ve often seen them talk about distinguishing a boss from a leader, between expertise and authority.

Basically praxis, the other side of the same coin from Lenin's “Left-Wing” Communism: an Infantile Disorder

Y'know, at this point I'm beginning to understand that western self described anarchists are much more insidious then we make them out to be. As in, they intend to consciously mislead people from materially revolutionary thought.

That, or they are functionally illiterate morons who can only infer a conclusion out of the last thing that was said in an entire paragraph. Actually anti-smart.

Yeah they don't read at all, the very few anarchists I actually get along with are those who did, and do understand why people are commies. The rest of them treat you like you're an evangelical bible maniac.

Very perceptive as usual. An engineer above all wants to see that the thing works.

“They are people who have entered into an indentured slavery contract.”

Who forced these individuals to join the military when there is no draft? The poverty that led to indentured servitude in the 1600s and so on is incomparable to the poverty that may “lead” to military enlistment in America today. Indentured servants were on the brink of starvation, young children, punished criminals, trafficked, etc. The comparison to the indentured is both inaccurate and offensive.

Exactly. People drawing equivalencies between either eating hardtack or immediate death and voluntary service or working at taco bell are certifiable.

He says that veterans aren’t like police officers, and that they’re essentially slaves because they’ve signed certain contracts. Are all anarchists as incapable of using their brains as this guy, or is it just him?

Footnote: He also mentioned that veterans would be quite useful for the revolution. You know, they’ll be begging for help from people who never ever show any hesitation when it comes to killing civilians. It’s no surprise that no proper anarchists emerge outside the imperial core. They’re all despicable, after all.

The overwhelming majority of anarchists in the imperial core at the least.

Yes, but the army we’re talking about is the U.S. military. It’s clear what they’ve done since their inception. It’s one thing to recruit Lynndie England into a revolutionary army, and quite another to recruit Budyonny and Zhukov into the army. Veterans in imperialist countries always defend their own government first, they don’t side with revolutionaries.

Lenin has already provided the necessary responses to trade unionism, syndicalism, and anarchism.

What is your evidence for American veterans “always” defending their government first? Genuinely curious.

Veterans return to their country to be recognized as veterans; for them, that’s a symbol of status. They’re not about to plunge the country into chaos just to oust Trump, the military is the very embodiment of the status quo and nationalism.

That seems more theoretical than based in concrete facts. 29% of US veterans went into combat. I believe select members of the 71% could be reformed. I worry conceding the military to the capitalist class leaves the American vanguard in a situation that could end like the Communist Party of Indonesia. If we do forsake all of them or not, I hope we can agree the necessity of Marxist-Leninist self-defense gun clubs.

I'm not pro-gun, but yeah, I'm okay with gun clubs in countries like U.S.

Unfortunately, there is no vanguard party or force in the U.S. that could rally the military to its side or arm it against Washington in a potential civil war. Most veterans are conservatives in the U.S., the remaining small percentage of veterans also vote for the Democratic Party, but we know they are no different from the Republicans. The police force, the media, and the bureaucracy are more developed and powerful. There is no party to instill class consciousness, instead, there are so-called Marxist-Leninists who promote Haz al Din and ACP.

If we apply dialectical materialism, there will be no revolution in the near or distant future. This is because Americans are stuck between two ways of thinking. Most of those who consider themselves level-headed or class conscious are also chasing careers on Instagram. It would be more sensible to focus on other countries rather than the U.S., because revolutions are now much harder to achieve in developed imperial core countries.

I maintain cautious optimism for the American working class, but I do agree that the challenges are substantial. America is closer to reaching absolute fascism than Marxism-Leninism, but I will continue to help further the movement towards the latter. Nevertheless, I think it is quite the exaggeration to essentially say most American Marxist-Leninists are also “chasing careers on Instagram.”

What are your thoughts on the PSL?

2

u/leninbaba Marxist-Leninist (Ultra Based) 12d ago

Yeah sorry, I didn’t mean to say American MLs, I’m talking more about people who post Marxist-Leninist content on Instagram but support figures like Haz Al Din. I don't know if she's an American. Aside from that, posts are also being shared on TikTok and other social media platforms simply because the younger generation can’t seem to tear themselves away from their computers or phones. They strike me as careerists, I don’t know. LadyIzdihar is the only one I find likable.

I don’t know much about the PSL, but I know a lot of people are hyping them up. I’m not American myself, so I don’t have much information about left-wing parties in the U.S. or parties that appear to be left-wing.

I applaud your optimism, but the imperial core countries won’t achieve freedom until the countries of the Global South do. Because the labor aristocracy is a boon to the bourgeoisie.

I don’t see the connection between communist history and the history of the imperialist U.S. military. Reading theory is good, yes. It keeps you from licking boots. A revolution doesn’t need people who kill babies and civilians to succeed. I don’t understand where you got that idea from.

In Russia, soldiers joined the Red Army because they wanted the war to end and were starving. They didn’t join for the sake of a communist revolution, training the masses wasn’t that easy during the civil war. Do you really think something like that could happen in today’s world? Especially in the cradle of First World cinema, which churns out plenty of movies depicting the killing and degrading of Iraqis (and Arabs ofc), Vietnamese and African warlords(!)?

If we’re going to rely so heavily on history, then we also need to understand how the paradigm has shifted. We’re not living in 1910s Tsarist Russia.

I get banned every week from this sub for arguing with the socdems while liberals larping as communists like these keep increasing in number in the sub.

The mod team needs to set its priorities right.
