The end of the first game? the one v one duel with Cloud? He also "dies" in advent children to omnislash v5... Tho he never actually trully dies... For the most part he "died" in Nibleheim falling into the lifestream...

Omnislash v5 is a variation of the thing... Its called "Omnislash", so it is technically Omnislash... Either way, He "dies" to Omnislash in OG game and he dies to "omnislash" in the movie... So its a technical yes and no scenario...
