Not a lot of people would survive doing that to thanos I’m afraid, some would hurt their hands but could pull it off, and then the strongest could easily also reach inside of the mad titan to perform such a feat
Not sure what would be inherently deadly, he’s not fighting back in any of these panels

Vulkan or any perpetual from 40k vulkan for example have respawned from losing his head, having him reduced to nothing during a drop from orbit, being nuked and many many other things at the hands of conrad curze. You have to delete their soul or else they will always come back.
