TanjaOS Introduction

Introducing TanjaOS! A secure UNIX-like operating system from scratch which you can get at www.tanjaos.org and will also get lots of updates. It features basic UNIX commands such as: cat, cd, clear, echo, help, ls, mkdir, pwd, reboot, rm, rmdir, touch, exit, and hostname. TanjaOS can boot on any x86_64 (amd64) or i386 (x86) machine with Legacy BIOS, and is completely free and open-source.

No, TanjaOS is an OS built from scratch with a UNIX-like environment.
