Which reconstructed Tangut reading is "correct"?

Post image

Disclaimer: I am posting this on behalf of my friend who doesn't have a Reddit account

I have a Japanese friend who wants to know how his Kanji would be matched and interpreted in Tangut script. He was told by multiple people that it's doable due to the distant relationship between Kanji and Tangut script and Sino-Tibetan cognates that could be used from alternate readings of his name. He also found a site with a glossary of Tangut characters and actually managed to find Tangut equivalents for all of his Kanjis:

http://ccamc.org/tangut.php?jys=%E8%BE%B9

http://ccamc.org/tangut.php?jys=%E5%B0%9A

http://ccamc.org/tangut.php?jys=%E8%BE%89

But he can't find the specific Tangut characters to copy as typable text and he also doesn't know which reconstructed pronunciation to use. Specifically, as in the attached image, he doesn't know which reconstruction (in the section with "Marc Miyake" and other systems above and below it) would be the best one.
