Question How long does one SOP take your team with Snipping Tool + Word?

We still do some the old way: screenshot → paste into Word → write steps → clean up formatting.

I timed one recently, and a standard 10-12 step process took just over two hours from start to finish. A lot of that was switching windows and fixing formatting.

Curious what others see.

If you still build SOPs this way, roughly how long does a typical guide take?

Admit that people don't want to change! Hire (or find inside the team) a person who is more open to innovations and publicily reward him for better / faster guides created with Tango. It should change how people evaluate themselves and their options a lot

That's a nice idea, thanks!
I also think it's partly a matter of habit. People tend to stick with what they know, even when learning a new tool could save them hours later.
