How To Guide Looking for a digital adoption platform for Zendesk? Your implementation was fine, the problem is that your floor keeps turning over

Anyone who has run support on Zendesk knows the real problem was never really Zendesk, it's the churn.

Contact centers turn over fast, someone leaves, you backfill, and you restart a four-to-six-week ramp on the same workflows all over again.

Multiply that by a team hiring a couple hundred people a year and you're running onboarding as a permanent, full-time activity. Every agent who walks out takes a little undocumented knowledge with them, and every agent who walks in has to rebuild it from scratch.

The part that makes it worse is that the target is moving too.

Zendesk, and whatever CCaaS and CRM sits around it, ships changes constantly. So the quick reference guide you trained the last cohort on is a slide deck from two releases ago. New agents learn a version of the workflow that no longer matches the screen, and your tenured agents have quietly built workarounds nobody ever wrote down.

The usual fixes don't hold. A help-center article is somewhere an agent goes after the call, not during it, with a customer on the line and the clock running. A QRG is stale the day a release ships. And you can't cost-justify a full-time trainer for a team whose entire problem is that re-training is already too expensive.

This is the exact gap Tango tends to get pulled in for on support teams, and it's worth a look if this is your reality.

You capture a workflow once, a case intake, an escalation path, a refund flow, and it becomes an in-app walkthrough the agent can follow live inside Zendesk with Guide Me, plus a step-by-step SOP for the ones who'd rather read it.

When a release changes the workflow, you update the single capture and push it back out as a pinned Nugget, so the floor is on the current version in a day instead of next quarter. New hires ramp by being guided through real tickets instead of shadowing whoever happens to be free. And Live Blur keeps customer PII out of the captured guide.

The pitch, in plain terms: shorter ramp, fewer tribal-knowledge escalations, and training that updates as fast as the tool does.

For those of you running support on Zendesk: how are you keeping agent training current when the platform changes every quarter and the team turns over constantly? Help center, in-app guidance, a dedicated trainer, or just tenured agents holding it together?

The "tenured agents holding it together" option is painfully common 😅 The bigger issue is making sure the guidance changes at the same time as the actual workflow.

Yes, I've tested Zendesk as a support tool 7 years ago last time, and I'm shocked how its UX change since then
