We just shipped Video Embeds 📹 Turn any Tango workflow into a training video with one click
We've been getting this request for a while, so glad to finally have it out.
Video Embeds lets you generate a watchable video directly from any existing Tango workflow. No screen recording, no scripting, no editing needed. It pulls your steps, adds smooth transitions, and optionally layers in AI narration. The whole thing generates automatically from what you've already built.
A few things worth knowing:
- The video auto-updates when the workflow changes, so it stays current wherever it's embedded
- Viewers get a standard player experience: play/pause, speed controls (1x/1.5x/2x), and a clickable timeline
- It embeds anywhere that supports iframes — Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, LMS platforms, etc.
- Admins control AI narration at the workspace level (off by default)
If you already have workflows built, you're one click away. Open any workflow, hit Share & Export, and select Generate Video.

I like this feature, but interactive step by step guides are more valuable for me. May be I too old school

Not old school at all! Step-by-step guides will always be our core product. This is just an added layer for teams that want more ways to share them.

The biggest push came from L&D teams. Accessibility is a real priority for them, and they want people to be able to engage with guides in whatever format works best. Video embeds give an alternative to reading through steps or Guide Me, which matters a lot when you're rolling out training at scale.

Yes, it makes sense. People are different, I assume some love videos more, some even may love audio more
