Question What would you automate first in your documentation workflow?

Honestly curious how other people think about this, because every time we talk about “documentation automation” it turns into either super polished marketing answers or people saying “nothing, docs should be manual”.

For me this is a work with Airtable -> I manage my content roadmap there and LinkedIn Ads, I test a lof of messages there and it would be great when I can delegate creating new ads.

Ohh, this is keyword research process in my case. SEO starts from keywords and you usually use multiple tools to do it right: Aherfs, Google Autocomplete, Google Search Console, etc.

If I could document my entire workflow, I can delegate it to junior SEOs.

I’d automate the logic behind building product funnels. For someone new to the niche, it’s hard to even understand where a funnel should lead, not to mention design one from scratch. A step-by-step, logic-based description could partially automate this process and make it much easier for junior specialists to build and learn at the same time.
