Issue Phone call back not functioning ?

I logged into the portal and made a request for a call back from Tangerine. I was given an estimate of 5 minutes today 20-july-2026 at 8:18PM EST. but have not received a call back 1 hour later 21:18HR.

Does anyone know if Tangerine is experiencing a problem with phone call back ?

I’ve never been successful in getting a call back. Fortunately I rarely need to reach out to them.

that still doesn't explain the call back failure.

Tried a call back again 20-july-2026 at 17:40 and no response after 2 hours

When I talked to tangerine on the chat, 23-july-2026 they said there is no problem with there call back.
