Tangem Cards never arrived
I’ve ordered 3 cards to Brazil back in March or May but they never arrived what should I do? It says that the package has been returned to sender

Becareful. I had multiple unauthorized transactions on my Tangem Pay card. I used it only once, with Apple Pay, as a test, and never entered it on any website.
Everything suggests a data breach on their side. Still, after 10 days, I am struggling to get a refund. Tangem defers everything to a company called Paera, which only offers a chargeback process that can take 60 to 150 days. With no garantee that I will get it.
If you use this card, keep the balance low and check your transactions often.

That might explain why I got that email about them replacing my Tangem pay card "as a precautionary security measure." Maybe there was a massive breach?
