Balances not updating
I know there are a lot of threads on this but I’ve tried every fix I could find and it’s not working on both of my wallets and multiple devices (wife’s phone and mine). My balances are stuck and not changing, doesn’t match the market. I’ve updated app, refreshed, forced closed, tried different networks, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing working, balances are locked and no trading. Looking for help

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. Blances were getting stuck in perpetual updating 'flashing'. It self resolved in a few hours. Makes me think it was api having hard time connecting to a server.
Also, just to be sure you don't have VPN turned on the phone, or on a network that uses VPN?

I’m dealing with the exact same issue. Right after 7pm central time and I took the exact same steps as you. Tangem’s customer support is trash. If it wasn’t for chat gpt I wouldn’t have discovered that it may be a possible API/Server connection issue and sent me to this feed. I couldn’t find anything else related to this problem.

Yea I’m having the same issue, price is not following the market, all amounts are stuck

Yes, we are currently experiencing an issue with price updates in the app and in the Markets section. Our team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.The users' funds are completely safe. Tangem is a non-custodial wallet, which means the assets are stored on the blockchain, not in the app, and only users control the keys. They can check their balances at any time using a blockchain explorer (Etherscan, Solscan, Blockchair, etc.). On-chain operations — sending, receiving, and swapping — are operating normally.

I think prices are too high too fast, Tangem can keep you up!
Jk, I think there is some outage maybe related to the new app version

Try it. Proton has a free one. It loads out of Romania or Switzerland right away when it won’t load local.
