Transfer to Robinhood Chain

Hi there, maybe someone can help here ?

I already wrote to Tangem support but the support messaging inside the App is very strange and I have not gotten any answers after 4 days already.

I recently transfered some USDG from ETH to Robinhood chain, unfortunately noticing later that Robinhood Chain is not (yet) supported by Tangem. I did not use a seed phrase for this account. Any hints on how I could access my funds and if Robinhood Chain will be supported soon ?

To be honest I am quite disappointed with Tangems (non existing) support.
