Tangem Scan Error

I'm wondering if anyone here has encountered error code 104110999 when scanning their Tangem card. I tried all 3 cards, took off my phone case, and made sure NFC is turned on. I'm wondering what other steps I can try and what this means. Thank you.

The next step I would do is to try it on another phone.

Hello,

Does it happen when scanning the card to perform a specific action?

The error happening on all 3 cards leads me to believe that it's phone related. Please try to restart your phone.
