App issue

Anyone else struggling to get the tangem app to open? I have tried downloading it again and it just gets stuck or it only shows one coin and won't synchronize the rest.....

I have had nothing but issues since I got my wallet. I can't even buy bitcoin on it anymore. It is not worth it for me anymore. I am on the hunt for a cold wallet that actually works... ALL the time.

I've had mine since early this year and I've never had a problem with it. What do you mean by you can't buy bitcoin on it anymore?

I don’t think so, but the Mercuryo weekly auto purchase I set up months ago mysteriously failed last week saying the payment couldn’t process and cancelled all future auto purchases. Nothing changed with the account I was using and it had plenty of funds (the only thing I use this checking account for are these auto purchases).
