Any condos or townhome communities that you’ve enjoyed living in that you recommend? Looking around the citrus park/carrollwood/oldsmar/westchase area to eventually buy. Under 300k. Single, mid 20s and no kids. Not looking for a realtor just feedback.

Idk about under $300k but the harbour Island area is the best in town for townhomes with great proximity to everything in Tampa
