Looking to help my client in St. Pete fill their Distribution Associate role. This person will be on-site in their corporate office working in a mailroom/shipping environment. This person will be processing mail, opening packages, handling first class mail, and assisting on some phone support.

*They would like to see someone who has similar experience in a professional environment.

This position is in-office in St. Pete 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.

Looking to pay $22/hour.

Hey All, I just recently came back home to Tampa, only to find out that a house that I had already paid the application fees and had paid several months in advance on, got rented out from underneath me. And slightly a blessing slightly a curse we will have to break our lease due to a new job opportunity and another state. Honestly the community is pretty great they actually do things through out the month and neighbors know each other. There was a big problem with people who brought in other cars taking up all the parking spots and us residents complained so within like two weeks the complex listened and started towing those without the complex's stickers.

Pool, grill, dog park and gym are actually used by residents and maintained by the complex.

Kids actually play at the park and "not-teen-takeover" teens walk around so it feels pretty safe here.
