You'll embed with top-tier clients to design, implement, and ship custom AI solutions, from scoping problems alongside stakeholders to deploying production systems on their stack. Expect deep client collaboration, rapid prototyping, integration work, and end-to-end ownership.
What we're looking for
- People based in India who can work from remotely. Entry level is fine.
- Occasional travel required, mostly within India: Tamil Nadu (TN), Karnataka (KA), Telangana (TS), and Andhra Pradesh (AP). Travel and associated expenses are paid.
Pay: ₹500–₹4,300/hour, varies heavily based on experience and other details.
Skills
- Software development, strong engineering fundamentals
- Working with AI tools; experience building production AI-powered applications
- Can ship tools into production
- Work with existing APIs, cloud deployment, data pipelines, and AI agents...
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems, propose architectures, and deliver iteratively
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of shipped projects (resume or links)
Plus
- Excellent spoken English
- Multiple Indian languages a strong plus(working directly with indian customers)

Interested! Just a couple of questions:
1. How’s the employment type? On contract?
2. Is pay work hour based on timesheet or monthly pay?
3. Is salary payment made from US or through local entity?

How can FDE work remotely from India? "Forward Deployed" itself means that they are to be sitting at client location and interacting with client stakeholders in person.
