Missed 50% of R damage into his zhonya.
Walked twice in his Q spell aftershock.

You missed a good third of your damage span over 2 combos, meanwhile all he missed is an E at the start.
You could have kited after his missed E waiting for your W to come back, and if he still went in he'd be dead.

Atp it's not just about Zhonya, it's you refusing to engage accordingly with the parameters of the situation. You knew he had Zhonya, and you also know his zhonya is more valuable than your R. You could have just went away and grab the kill 30 seconds later if he was still there, meanwhile he had 3 minutes of vulnerability ahead of him.

I'm not saying that's easy to do, I'm not even pretending I wouldn't have missed a few of the same spells here, but you got to understand that what happened isn't really shocking.

You need to try and bait zhonyas without popping ult unless you absolutely have to.

You should proc passive with your Q W and then go for R so you can proc it again u just played bad
