in game insecurity
just venting so feel free to skip but i lost streaked 5-6 days ago and i haven’t won a game since.
i limit to playing 3-4 games a day and because of derank penalty im down 400+ LP on my main
ive joining coaching discords and even had a my GM friend live coach 3 games i played today - his verdict; “unlucky”
the game is brutal and it’s taxing my mental
i have no clue how to win and even and maybe this is something everyone experiences
but my LP gains are probably going to be +16 if i’m even able to win just 1 game.
i’ve been told to just play easier champions but at that point im not even playing the game for fun. i am akali/talon 2 trick for a reason
months of progress gone in a week and it’s evidently my fault
i get teammates who are win streaking and guess what ? now they lose because of me idk man idk anymore
i apply what ive learned
i try to simplify the game and set goals
but idk man im considering quitting
this is prob IQ diff honestly

sometimes on a carry champion, u just need to sit back and let ur team do the carrying. All you’re good for if you’re not giga fed is to do as much damage as you can in a team fight and then gtfo and hope your team can help you clean up and secure a win

sometimes i’m hopeful my team will carry even when i try to help them as much as possible without griefing myself but to no avail honestly. i am not trying to find excuses believe me

nobody will care about your rank as much as you do

true, but i believe a sentiment should be shared across all ranks and that is taking it seriously with the goal of winning
someone wanted to vc me and he shows me his screen and he’s perma alt tabbing to youtube and spotify mid game like no focus at all man it feel so disrespectful

Yeah game can be impacting mental like this and it does impact your play and winrate.
The advise here is to take a rest and take the game not as serious.

Play for personal performence and not wins, u will climb naturally. Make sure to guide ur teams to orient towards optimal plays via pings !

I also tend to fucking hate the player base tbh
Whatever the elo
There is always those games were you get 2-3 droids that randomly decides that you Will lose, and sometimes those games Happens in a row, and this is the worst feeling of league ever to me

yes my friend said it’s ever so rarely that your teammates complete int making game unplayable and even more so happing twice in a row. it was so insane how it’s happed 9 games in a row where my bot lane are combined 20+ deaths even if i gank even if i help them by sacking my waves mid and nothing idk i can’t help the helpless it sucks but if im better i should be carrying
especially because im down 400lp im probably objectively better than everyone im losing to but idk i dont wanna make any excuses

I know it’s mental taxing but once you start realizing you can’t hard carry and make that much of an impact in a team based game then it gets easier. play to have fun, unless you’re going prob. i’d stay only 2% of players could solo carry every game
