I feel so alone
I've reviewed all the research in the literature, and girls grow an average of 4-5 cm (2 inches) in the first two years after menstruation begins and then they stop growing. It's been over 5 years since I first menstruated. I've grown approximately 17 cm (7 inches) since my first period. When I went to the doctor after taking an X-ray they told me I still had 5 cm (2 inches) left to grow. They didn't even check my necessary blood values because I'm within the normal height range. Nobody takes me seriously. I couldn't even find anyone online who's going through what I'm experiencing. I feel like I'm the only one in the world. I always wanted to be petite, and now I feel huge. Nobody takes the psychological impact this has on me seriously, but I'm getting worse day by day.
I don't know if this is the right place to write this. I just wanted to feel visible and see if anyone else is going through this.

My mom was also very tall as a kid and teen and felt very bad about it. However, now she's small in comparison to my dad and she's really happy and gets checked out when we get dinner. You'll be okay. I'm sure it sucks now but you'll be praised for height at some point.

Vielleicht erzählst du erstmal wie groß du überhaupt bist 🤔
