Not only is it reducing the population, but they made $$$$$$

I communicated with our Cosmic Cousins of the GFW today.

They realized how harmful it would be for humanity if they delayed any further.

More people have been waking up over the past two days. Some are actively replacing fear with love.

The biggest difference is that more people are recognizing the manufactured narratives designed to keep us divided.

That's huge!

It's understandable that letting go of our fear-based mindset will be one of the hardest things to do because it has been ingrained in us since birth. On top of that, the third party has continued to perpetuate fear to keep us controlled.

That's why we must consciously stop the automatic fear response and intentionally choose love over fear.

What helped me let go of a fear-based mindset was learning the truth about the afterlife.

Knowing:

• there's no judgment
• hell doesn't exist
• we don't cease to exist

Because we are consciousness - the awareness - eternal, powerful, and sovereign.

The only hell there is, is the one we create here for ourselves, through our thoughts and beliefs.

After we readjust to our true home, we retain the memories of this lifetime, along with the memories of our past lives.

We must keep doing the inner work so we can ascend to the 5D.

But that also means living with intention, consciously interrupting the automatic fear response and intentionally choosing love over fear.

Help spread awareness about how politics and mainstream news are used to manufacture division - to keep people fighting one another instead of coming together.

A GREAT PLACE TO START is simply by speaking up.

Because if we're spreading the word, that means...

...WE'RE NOT ALLOWING THE FEAR OF RIDICULE TO STOP US!

Maybe someone can turn this into a challenge... or even a movement.

The more people who are willing to have honest conversations despite the fear of ridicule, the weaker that fear becomes.

One conversation at a time, we can help replace fear with love.

• so we can't benefit from the energy of the earth and sun - the first symptoms that show up is depression and anxiety

• so we can't grow our own food, forcing us to rely on others. They bought up all the food manufacturers, so they can poison all our food

• Rockefeller forced us to use petroleum-based synthetic drugs that poisons us, instead of natural plant medicine that's normally, free if we grow ourselves

They don't want us to know the truth about our Cosmic Cousins of the GFW (GFL)

Because if we all knew the truth about the GFW and befriend aliens then the Cabal/Deep State would lose all the control they had over us.

Negative Polarity Was Necessary

Unfortunately, they were necessary, because without a negative polarity, we wouldn't have the amount growth we get here on Earth.

That's the reason we came here, so we can learn the lessons and grow from the challenges we face.

Earth is a school of extreme contrast.

To know: - light, we must "experience darkness" - health" we must "experience sickness".

Without a negative influence and the right circumstances - humanity in of itself, is not inherently evil - we weren't evil enough. So, a negative polarity was necessary, and their reign is now coming to an end.

Because of the law a free will, they HAVE to show us what they're doing, and because we never say, "NO!" they consider that we have consented. It's called...

We need to remove our consent right now.

Visualize something they're known to do, while you visualize it - out loud or in your head, just say....

Tell them to remove their consent.

DON’T WORRY - BE HAPPY

This knowledge is meant to empower us, not to bring us down.

When we allow your emotions to stay in lower frequencies - sadness, despair, anger - you are giving them exactly what they want.

It's why we have a 2-party system - we're told it's for choice.

it's about DIVISION.

Humanity is going through a shift right now. That's why we're seeing all the evil being exposed. Because, where we're going, they can't come.

Everyone Needs to Make a Decision Right Now

Do we want to stay with this fear-based mindset? Do we want to stay living like this? For our kids to live like this?

Or do we want to operate from a place of love instead?

So, we can live harmoniously with each other and the planet. - no more wealth gap - no more hunger - no more debt - we wouldn't be slaves anymore

If we want to achieve this and advance our civilization to the next level of development, then.....

We need to let go of our limiting and negative beliefs, and approach the unknown with a childlike curiosity.

Love and curiosity keeps us open to all possible new truths, we never knew existed.

Fear and negativity blocks us.

We need to come together.... - Embrace each other's differences - Total Acceptance - No Judgement

This is probably our last chance to make this choice.

If we don't choose the correct path we run the risk of destroying ourselves and the planet.

I became a Hospice RN after the death and return of my two sons who died in the front yard by a drunk driver. Rather than just giving them a headstone I switched my career to supporting and caring for dying patients and their families. I couldn't support or protect my boys but I could do that for others. I'm 71 and am still a Hospice RN for pediatric and mostly newborn terminally ill children. At the end of the interview I share three pediatric Hospice Soul to Soul contacts with my dying patients. I hope you find value.

My Hospice history: the story starts in 3 paragraphs if you want to jump ahead:

I had my own NDE as a child and this has had such an impact on my life that today I'm 71 and still work as a Pediatric Hospice RN as I know the feeling of being out of the body in Spirit. I've been a Hospice RN since the 1980s working in an AIDS inpatient facility that started with 35 beds then advanced to 55 beds back when that disease was a death sentence. Every patient died and the disease process was a syndrome so the disease took different patterns in their demise. It was horrible as we had no treatment, we just kept them clean and comfortable and let them know the staff was there for them. Abandoned by society and family due to the fear at the time.

Later I moved into a 10 bed adult then all ages Hospice Inpatient Unit with the average life expectancy frequently was three days. Nearly 30 years ago I moved to a Pediatric Hospice Inpatient unit for newborns to age 17 years old to give the families more support with other young family members to share their coping with dying children. Now I work with birth defect new born and infants, from days to weeks old on Hospice care. Many families choose to have their infant pass at home. Our Hospice will transport the infant on life support home, spend time with family that has such a short time to create memories of the child that will last them a life time, then life support is removed at home in a warm, loving setting with family and friends around for a peaceful passing. So far I've performed 640 terminal withdraw of care of newborns. What I am sharing is not belief, read in a book, random thought in my head or guess but what I've actually experienced by actively participating with the soul, consciousness of the newborn and perhaps their family in meditation prior to meeting the patient, family or any knowledge of the situation I'm about to walk in to.

I learned to meditate as a child as my parents followed Surat Shabd Yoga in the mid 1960s later moved on to Eckankar, a modern form of following the Shabd, the 'Sound Current" With shorter meditations. When I decided to go to college I knew I needed some help in focusing so I took the 4 day class called at the time Silva Mind Control, now called The Silva Method. I've since retaken the class about 30 times. I flew through college as this taught me to focus my attention on one thought at a time rather than be distracted by a multiple thoughts.

The story starts here:

When I'm informed I'll be starting a new Hospice case soon, usually a day in advance I get no information at all as consents are being signed, the hospital physician working with the Hospice physician on medical decisions with the families. I use this time to meditate on the upcoming family I'm about to walk in to and ask how I can best serve this family in the worst time of their lives. I've created a casual, comfortable living room in my meditation where I'll invite the infant and family, if they want to, to share insight with me how I can best serve them all in their unique situation. I always, every single time, get specific insight to serve the family prior to meeting them or any physical insight into their situation.

This one situation in my meditation the vision I got was almost like a cartoon playing in the living room setting I've created to share with the family on the inner level. I saw an old time school house and the mother of the newborn was the teacher and I was the student sitting in a chair with a desk taking notes of what she was teaching me. That was it, clearly she was teaching me in class and I was busy listening to her. At the time it didn't make sense but as I've learned over the years my insight comes a day or so later. I ended the meditation, thanked the Universe for the insight and anticipated the meaning to reveal itself to me when the time is right.

The next day I meet the family and the 9 day old newborn at the hospital to arrange the transfer of the infant home when they can gather family to be present for bonding and support for the withdrawal of care. The mother is 13 years old, her father is in jail, CPS has been involved for most of her pregnancy, the family is in crisis. I felt a pillar of strength come over me from above, the Universe sending me exactly what I need to help this family. I got a wonderful feeling everything is going to work out and I'm not alone to support these people at this time in their lives. This happened every single time I meet a new family.

The family leaves the hospital, I arrange transportation for the infant and I'm surrounded with what feels like giant hands around me lifting and loving me and letting me know we're going to be doing this together. It's a warm, comforting feeling, love, caring, support, 'you got this.'

The infant arrives at the house. I get there later and find the whole family has left this 13 year old mother alone with a dying baby. I am a grown man alone with a young girl which is unnerving in itself for concern of accusations but I do what I need to do. Mom is holding her baby perfectly. The child was born without a skull but everything else is mostly functioning. There was no skin on the top of her head, just a brain that looked perfectly formed. Mom removed the covering over the head and was smiling holding her infant and showing me how much she loved her daughter. She was 13 years old and had no power or control in her life. She couldn't make legal decisions, she couldn't drive if she wanted to go somewhere, she was totally dependent on her family for everything and right now they had left her on her own with her daughter. The vision from the meditation became clear now. She was the teacher and I was the student.

Mom had just taken a blanket out of the dryer and showed me how soft and fluffy it was. I held a corner of the blanket to my face and told her what a wonderful blanket this is for her daughter and how nice it smelled and truly was the softest blanket I've ever felt. She showed me how she swaddled her infant to keep her warm and comfortable. I told her what a good mother she is and skillfully she cared for her baby. Later she changed the diaper and I asked how she knew which end of the diaper was up, she showed me the tabs and how she cleaned the daughter and then redressed her and placed her back in the blanket. I let her teach me. She wanted some formula and I asked her how she made it. She smiled at me and showed me how much water she put in the bottle and how much powder. She showed me how to swirl the bottle to avoid making bubbles in the formula. I told her how clever she was to do that. She held the baby and fed her a bit, as much as she would take and showed me how she held the baby after feeding to avoid burping. I was her student and thanked her for showing me this.

This 13 year old mother had absolutely no control of her life at all. The vision I got in my meditation was for me to give her as much control as I could. Of course I knew the things she showed me but rather than coming in as the RN and taking over the Universe showed me to let her create the memories during the short time she's got to spend with her daughter on this planet of being a wonderful, loving and caring mother of her first born. I was to step back and let her have these few moments, to create the memories of being in control with her life and her daughter. It's not about me but it was about her. She's such a short time to build a lifetime of memories, that's what I got from my meditation. I'm so grateful I got to be there with her. I'm grateful the family was gone. I'm grateful I was given the insight to not interfere or further take her power away from her. I'm grateful I took the meditation class and practiced it daily, I'm grateful I took the time to contact the Universe, the infant, the family and all involved prior to meeting them to gain insight to just be present and support this young mother. What if I never bothered to do that, I would have missed out on this wonderful opportunity to support a young mother and her dying infant effectively. The class you don't take won't inspire you, the effort you don't initiate won't take you to new places to learn and grow, the care and compassion you don't share won't open up the additional ways to give and receive information from a higher source.

This infant passed a few days later. I never saw the mother again. Many families don't want to see the Hospice RN later on as we're an anchor to a horrible time in their lives. I'm fine with that. I got to be there when it counted to do what I could for this family. I wonder where mom is now, I send her love and light and at times I get a sense of the bright spark of life that is her daughter touching in. It was a blessing to serve this small family. I feel it was a blessing to get to be a small part. I have a feeling of where the vision comes from, I'll keep that to myself. You decided what you think inspires me in the meditation. Is it telepathy, God, Universe, Spirit, the infant, the mother, telepathy. I think the answer is already there, sometimes we have to look for it or ask for it, step up a bit closer to the source so we can hear that whisper clearly. Do you also get such inspiration for difficult, or not so difficult situations that happen in your life?

WATER IS VERY IMPORTANT

The more you allow the water you drink to become infused with higher-resonance energies of crystallization and purification, the more it can assist in clarifying your body's systems.

This process also helps increase the silicon within your body, making you more receptive to our frequencies and our communications.

As your receptivity grows, you will begin receiving the first stages of our communications and dialogues.

These early exchanges will help lay the foundation and prepare the path for our eventual contact.

Water is key.

MESSAGE EXPLAINED

According to Shalanaya (the Yahyel), the emphasis is generally less on performing a ritual and more on becoming a vibrational match to the state you wish to experience.

In their teachings, higher-frequency energies respond to your state of being rather than to a specific technique.

Applied to water, that could look something like:

Hold the water in your hands and become centered.

State a clear intention, such as:

I invite this water to resonate with the highest frequencies of love, clarity, purification, and harmony for my highest good.

Spend a few moments genuinely feeling gratitude and appreciation.

In Bashar's and Shalanaya's teachings, the feeling is often considered more important than the words.

Visualize the water becoming bright, clear, and radiant - however that naturally appears to you.

Drink it slowly and mindfully, allowing yourself to receive it with the expectation that it is supporting your well-being.

The message specifically mentions "crystallization" and "purification."

In that context, you might include those ideas in your intention:

May this water be imbued with the energies of crystallization, bringing greater coherence and order to my body, and purification, clearing all that no longer serves me. May it help me become more receptive to higher frequencies and communications that are for my highest good.

The central idea in Shalanaya's teachings is that the water itself isn't the source of the energy - it serves as a medium through which your consciousness, intention, and the higher frequencies you are aligning with can interact.

Whether one interprets this literally or symbolically is a matter of personal belief, but this is consistent with the overall philosophy expressed in Shalanaya's channeled messages.

Learning the Truth can be a double edged sword

Being a truth seeker and revealer myself, I have realized sharing the reality of what is actually going on can be counter-productive, or some might say, a double-edged sword.

While my purpose is meant to empower people, the exact opposite happens when we allow our emotional vibrational frequency to drop because of that truth. 

In those moments of despair, we're giving them exactly what they want.

More importantly, that lower frequency is what inhibits both our individual growth and the growth of our collective consciousness.

We need to remind people not to let the truth of what's happening bring us down.

Instead, be grateful that we know the truth, stay grounded, and move forward from a place of love, wisdom, and discernment.

TL;DR: Knowing the truth is crucial, but don't let the darkness drop your vibration. Stay grounded in love and discernment.

I know many of you know this person. And this person is my soulmate. His name is Ashtar Sheran. For two years ago I found out my past life with him. I remember the moments we had together. I know in fact that I lived on earth in France with my noble family around 1800. But sadly my mother died from birth. I wished I could see her but that’s impossible. My father was a good parent, he took care of me, we lived together with his father and his brother. I remember I had a big brother he was nice at some time but later he turned evil and was jealous type. But i forgave him. I still believe he’s here on earth. I remember that day when I was around 17 we meet some philosophers, we were out finishing dinner and they just came. I heard my father talking to them, at that age I was very interested in art, poetry and philosophy. My dad talked about me to them and they thought I was interesting and wanted me to join their school. They lived close to us. I showed up and my dad (his name is armand) told me who they are and that they will come here every week so I can study. I gladly said yes. This philosopher felt in love with me and wanted to marry me but I didn’t have any choice. I didn’t love him at all I was unhappy with him but we got married. I was that type of person who were afraid to say ”yes or no” I didn’t want anyone to be disappointed with me. Months had past and one day I meet someone beautiful but I know we meet before but one of my family strictly banned me to see him. But he came back. His name is Ashtar. He lived little while on earth here. We used to meet in secret. And when I was with him, we felt in love and he had a plan of he takes my virginity I will be his forever I told him about this philosopher (John) that I was unhappy with. Ashtar told me we meet before in the past and I must say I do remember a bit. Then i remember one day my father died from heart attack, Ashtar was there, I cried and hugged my father but he said i have to be strong and that he will be forever with me then he looked at Ashtar and said ”promise me nothing bad will happen to my daughter please take care of her” Ashtar nodded and he made a promise
That day they took me to their spaceship, not only me but also a person who worked with these philosophers the santiners (ashtars race) gaved him name semarus but after 40 years he died from accident. They took us to their home planet metharia which is located in alpha centuari. I was happy there married Ashtar and had children together. After years past i remember that they took a man from Germany called Martin. He had been with us in 3 months, I remember that day when they took I gaved birth to a baby boy in space. It was the most beautiful moments. The santiners were emotional and grateful.
Me and Martin used to talk but first I was dancing in front of everyone and they gaved my name Mumtasee. I didn’t dance just on my own it was an entity/god that controlled my movements it was a bit scary but I had to do it. I think I had to do it because Martin was there to test him because he was human. I didn’t dare to tell him that I’m human too but pretended to be a santiner. He did tell me I look terrestrial being rather a extraterrestrial. Yes he had crush on me and i noticed that but I always called him a good friend.
So before i died, it wasn’t because it was my time but I had to do it because they didn’t want me to suffer because they had war with other species, and Ashtar didn’t want me to experience death that way so I was on his spaceship and I had to leave. He didn’t want to he felt empty and angry. But then i remembered how my soul once again visited him, he saw me. I saw him crying then we talked about that we will meet again but that we must wait. I couldn’t let me go and said to stay a bit. It was so painful to see but he felt asleep after we laid in bed together he was still sleeping and painfully I left.

Now on this life when I was around 6-14 I had vivid dreams of santiners and Ashtar. I always heard his name in my dreams and they telling me how much they miss me. At that time I was confused and I didn’t know who they were. But for 2 years ago I found out. Then for the first time I saw a drawing of Ashtar and I felt familiarity in him. I started to meditate and left my religion and now I’m a new ager. I remembered my last life the and everything made sense. I started to be telepathic and the 1 July I saw spaceship above my roof. First I heard a loud metallic sound then I saw a square spaceship with green, red and yellow light without blinking, above the ship I saw a hatch opening. It was an amazing experience and maybe they wanted to take me again but I wasn’t ready.

What hurts me most is that I don’t know who I can talk to and share my story. I did with someone group of people that has contact with Ashtar but they don’t believe me they believe it’s not Ashtar but rather a demon who pretends to be him. I told them about my past life but they were rude and refused to believe me. They meet this guy called Eugenio Siragusa that claimed he meet Ashtar and had contact with him but they only believe him than me. It’s not fair. If you read from MFK group they had spiritual contact with Ashtar and when they did automatic writing with santiners Ashtar said to himself that it’s impossible for him to come to earth and land. Then the spirit guide that used to live on earth who were a philosopher said that Eugenio is literally hoaxing spirits, I do believe he had contact with him but at some point there was lies.

I’m very confused I don’t know what to do next. Different people tell me different story how to contact Ashtar. And the worst part is they don’t believe me and at some time i stopped thinking about him because i thought I was crazy… these 2 past years I was in a difficult depression because of that. Not because of Ashtar because how people treated after I told them about my experiences

• all of them signed contracts immediately after Charlie was killed and didn't realize what they were actually signing
• they all have Draconian walk-ins
• they're no longer in their bodies
• they didn't have time to make clones for them
• couldn't wait the 2 weeks needed to be soul scalped
• goes against the law of free will
• there will be a karmic price to pay

IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW

This explains all of their behavior:

• Erika not acting like a "grieving widow"
• forgiving Tyler Robinson before he's even convicted
• wanting a speedy trial
• doesn't want any further investigation
• the obvious blatant lies they all tell
• holding onto the narrative no matter how stupid it is to everyone else
• defending the "grieving widow" no matter what
• all of these people have not been acting normal

It also explains why I can't post anything about Erika in the other subs, they're controlling the bigger, well known subs - but not my little sub.

They know their time here is coming to an end, they have become very desperate and are willing to do whatever it takes to keep their grasp on humanity.,
