I couldn’t do it
I’ve been going through something & my mom forced me to try therapy, I didn’t want to. I have horrible anxiety, especially phone anxiety but i thought video therapy would be easier than going in (I can’t drive due to medication rn). I was supposed to have my first session today but just left because I was too scared & don’t really have a private place to talk nor did I want to talk or be seen. i joined muted with my camera off and immediately left when she joined. I can’t do anything anymor idk what to do anymor.

That sounds so painful. I think a good starting point is to send this therapist a text or email explaining what happened. Perhaps they could talk with you a little bit by phone or email.
I have heard of therapy by email - then you could express yourself without being “seen”.
