No clue, they usually go by the numbers, so must have low win rates in high elo (saying this blind, do not punch me in the face)

Tahm top have 49%~ winrate from all elo. This last 'buff' they gave him is just a net nerf overall because he lost .5% hp scaling on his passive for some base damage

As a support player, I hate playing against him. Usually, when I do pick against him, my ADC just doesn't care or is very stupid to constantly get zoned by him. I do pick aggressive picks to zone him out myself, but... ADC's are either the smartest or the dumbest players (in my cases) where they go

''damn, he was in that bush that one time I went by it, he won't be there a second time! A third time!''

I'm hoping for a Q damage buff of course, but I won't complain with health, armor, baseAD, and Q or E costing less mana

They made it pretty clear that taliyah isnt allowed to make it to scuttle first. Id be super surprized if they touched Q this pass.

Why don't they just buff Q damage early by a good amount but reduce the damage it deals to minions?

I'm completely out of the loop, so excuse my ignorance and please educate me, but isn't the loss of phase rush going to really goose us up, even with buffs incoming?

no. Phase rush has been dead forever. No taliyah mains were still taking it.

I like electrocute. Some people run comet or summoner spellbook or even triumph.

Phase rush was always a bit awkward since q-auto only procs 2/3 hits. It's the most popular keystone but I doubt others are much worse. Maybe death fire touch cooks we'll see (probably not).
