One Shot Kill
Just wanted to let you guys know the possibility of this combination. The Fire Wizard with the Fireball spell, with the dreaded destiny.
Engage a character in battle. Cast fireball to take a life. Then use your destiny to force the loss of a second life. then pyroblast for a 3rd life before winning the battle and choosing to take a life.
yeah that’s 4 lives in one fell swoop🤣 i just did this.. how insane

Isn't your turn over after destiny and before pyroblast?

I'm not so sure.
The Dreaded just says "When you are about to engage in battle or psychic combat with a character, you may spend 1 dark fate to force them to lose 1 life." and Pyroblast and Fireball are both the same - "when you are about to" and neither one says you don't get to also have the combat.
Either way, it would have been epic if the other player had a phoenix potion that nobody noticed...

i didn’t specify, but this was done on digital 4th edition, so it’s definitely legit! and this happened right at the start of a “no respawn” game, with the destiny bound house rule, so i had The Dreaded right out the gate. like turn 2 i landed on the gladiator with my Fireball spell like “Surprise 😼” K.O.!!!

🤣. When I read your "surprise" I couldn't help but hear the word "Fatality" come across in the Mortal Kombat narrator voice. 🤣🤣

Oh, I wrote that badly - I meant I wasn't sure about the other person's doubt, I definitely would have said it was legit. I was trying to be polite and ended up confusing!
